The Jobat aGlance
With a keen attention to detail, the InternationalExportCoordinator(Internally known as theParts Expert Crew)will provide administrative, customer service, and document preparation to support International Customer Experience. Working as part of a close-knit team, our InternationalExportCoordinator is charged with ensuring that every order and document is completed accurately and to the specifications of each customer. Success in our high-growth environment requires the passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and the capacity to multi-task with high attention to detail and accuracy.
A Typical Day
Monitor and update daily shipment reports to ensure timely departure
Complete export documents required on a per-shipment basis
Proactively inform customers of important order changes and status updates
Manage a high volume of transactions via phone, email and internal requests
Create relationships and collaborate with many different departments across the company.
To Land This Opportunity
You have 2+ years of retail, call center, or customer service experience
Bonus points if youhave a basic understanding of logistics and freight forwarding processes
Your communication skills are on-point(both written and verbal, Spanish-bilingual preferred but not required).
You pay close attention to detail, as far as you're concerned anything worth doing should be done right!
You possess strong problem solving skills and thrive on coming up with unique solutions to complex situations.
