Intel IT’s Corporate Functions Legal Trade Group is actively seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our Trade Analytics and Trade IT IAO projects. This role is crucial in upholding Intel’s stature as a lawful, ethical, and competitive entity by delivering superior IT solutions and services. Collaborating with Intel’s Legal Trade Group, this position involves close interaction with the Intel Legal Group, International Trade Group, and Global Government Affairs. The role demands a professional with experience in managing business processes and delivering integrated solutions across a global landscape.

In this role responsibilities include, although not limited to:

+ Act as the primary IT contact for senior leadership within our stakeholder groups, you will influence the strategy, outcomes, and direction of capability roadmaps, ensuring they are in lockstep with the business vision and provide transformational value to the corporation.

+ Responsible for leading a team that is collaborative, diverse, high-performing, and inclusive.

+ Establish and strengthen relationships with business partners to transform business strategies into actionable roadmaps and deliver value, holding accountability to the Business Unit for the delivery of an IT product and capability portfolio.

+ Serve as a strategic IT partner for an Intel Business Unit, managing full-stack business process solutions and representing IT across various groups.

+ Manage the customer relationship, presenting a consolidated IT viewpoint to business partners.

+ Direct the learning and investment phases for new capabilities, ensuring that portfolio backlogs are prioritized for optimal value realization and that plans are transparent to stakeholders.

+ Work with technical leaders to create comprehensive data models, processes, and solutions, and drive connected implementations across different IT portfolios.

+ Act as a proxy for stakeholders in scrum meetings, overseeing priorities, status, trade-offs, escalations, impediment removal, scope changes, risks, dependencies, and value realization during the release cycle.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science or business administration or related field and 9+ years of experience OR a master’s degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science or business administration and 6+ years of experience OR a PhD in Electrical/Computer engineering, computer science or business administration and 4+ years of experience in:

+ 9+ years of experience with SAP GTS, DocuSign, and international trade brokers.

+ 7+ years of experience in roles that include stakeholder management, product/program management with substantial technical and domain expertise.

This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Comprehensive knowledge of trade policies, regulations, and controls.

+ Experience with Agile projects.

+ Experience in solution design.

+ Knowledge of SAFe methodology.

+ 5+ years of experience in defining and delivering products, managing cross-functional dependencies to drive business outcomes.

Intel’s Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, Washington DC, California: $141,673.00-$241,005.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
