The Senior Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Search for Leica Biosystems is responsible for overseeing our paid search campaigns across the North America and EMEA regions. This role will be accountable for generating leads, sales funnel and revenue from paid search campaigns run across NA & EMEA in multiple languages. You will also identify and evaluate emerging platforms and generative AI technologies to improve PPC performance.

This position is part of the Digital Marketing & eCommerce team located in and will be a remote role based in the US. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

You will be a part of the Digital Marketing team and report to the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on Paid Search campaigns, lead generation and conversion optimization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Develop and implement innovative paid search strategies focused on lead generation and conversion optimization. This includes building landing pages, running A/B tests, and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic.

+ Engage in strategic planning and hands-on management of paid search campaigns across North America and EMEA.

+ Act as the primary contact for external agencies, providing strategic guidance and supervisory oversight.

+ Manage a significant PPC budget, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI maximization.

+ Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders, providing updates and strategic recommendations.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ 8 years’ or more experience in direct marketing

+ 5 years or more experience in managing PPC campaigns, with a strong preference for global and B2B marketing experience.

+ Demonstrated ability in managing digital marketing budgets, working hands-on in PPC account optimizations, and overseeing external agencies.

+ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO/SEM and PPC platforms (e.g., Google AdWords, Bing Ads).

+ Experience building & A/B testing landing pages using Marketing automation systems such as Pardot and integration with CRMs such as Salesforce.

+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Experience in analyzing digital traffic, user behavior, and conversion data using web analytics tools.

+ Effective Communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

+ Familiarity with key digital marketing areas: Email marketing, SEO, SEM, marketing automation, CRO & A/B testing

The salary range for this role is $120,000-150,000 This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
