The Principal Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing international marketing campaigns with an emphasis on digital and social campaigns. Partners with internal stakeholders and collaborates with external agencies. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsibilities

- Leads Diners Club global media strategy driving brand awareness and consideration growth-. Executes campaigns including: creative development, test and control designs, budgeting, analyses, reporting, compliance and regulations (varies by country), optimizations, insights and best practice sharing. Manages key social channels: Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, YouTube, influencer(s), and new channel exploration.

- Partners with internal creative and audience teams, external agencies and global Issuers to implement new messaging, creative and translations.

- Develops campaigns that are consistent with strategy and objectives of the business.

- Partners on delivery of Diners Club web strategy and website UX, inclusive of SEO and best practice sharing. Ensures campaigns meet goals.

- Partners with legal and compliance to obtain approvals for the routing of ad copy, local regulation adoption audience targeting.

- Ability to access, learn and navigate relevant platforms: AEM, Uberflip, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Sprout, Brandwatch, ChatBot, Digiflow, FreshChat, Lambda testing, and JIRA.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

· 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Business, or related field

· In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Business, or related field

· Strong project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

· 6+ years of experience in Marketing, Business, or related field – specifically international media planning and execution

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
