Description
As the Director, Professional Services Consulting for UKG Pro Talent & HRSD, you will be responsible for managing the strategic and tactical operations of UKG’s Pro Suite Enhanced Value team. This role is responsible for applying efficient, industry leading best practices in the delivery of the UKG Pro Talent and HRSD solutions, as well as enabling an exceptional Client Experience through our internal operations. Responsibilities also include continuously improving the quality of processes and procedures. This position will have multiple front-line management level direct reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to Managers and other individual contributors in their reporting structure
- Oversee the day to day functions of the group to ensure the timely, scalable, and repeatable implementation of UKG Pro Talent and HRSD solutions and/or services
- Monitor the overall performance of the group through revenue/production forecasts, and tracking/analyzing key performance metrics
- Conduct ongoing engagement/project reviews ensuring a detailed understanding of project status, scope, and risks, while effectively managing resource assignments and project backlog
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives resulting in increased productivity, as well as scalable and efficient processes within Professional Services
- Collaborate with other functional leaders to develop and implement tactical plans to achieve UKG Pro Suite Implementation operational, revenue and EBITDA goals
- Effectively manage direct reports, provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and drive adherence to Pro Suite Implementation process and best practices throughout the group
- Serve as a senior point of escalation for UKG Pro Suite Implementation customers, developing relationships with them and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work with Account Management and Sales in the development and/or review of customer proposals, and provide direct support to the Sales team by collaborating in customer sessions as dictated by engagement needs
- Ensure that all employees understand business objectives, expectations and measurement criteria for their respective positions
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or other relevant combination of training and experience required
- 5+ years in a Professional Services or Consulting leadership role within a SaaS based business required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing a high-performance Professional Services group of 50+ people preferred
- Demonstrated ability to consistently manage and execute on multiple, critical projects simultaneously
- Excellent strategic, leadership and problem solving skills
- Established ability to drive employee engagement through interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment
Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California
The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $137,900 to $198,250, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,585 to $227,988 per year.
