Overview

What You’ll Be Doing

Cadmus seeks a Senior Analyst to join its Energy Services Division as a project management coordinator to support clean energy transition research. The ideal candidate will use their expertise in project management to help plan, coordinate, track and support teams that conduct primary and secondary research projects to keep a portfolio of projects on track and on budget. Insights generated by the research the candidate will help plan and track will support energy efficiency programs and sustainability strategies of our energy sector clients.

Cadmus seeks candidates with several years of hands-on professional experience in project management. Desired skills include being highly organized with a strong attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience in the consulting and/or energy industry would be a plus.

We are also looking for someone who is a problem solver and comfortable working closely with clients. They should be highly motivated to perform and learn, be able to manage assigned tasks and projects from start to finish with minimal input from supervisors, and have exceptional analytical skills.

Responsibilities

+ Provide project management and support in close collaboration with project managers and principals to ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery of consulting solutions.

+ High-quality management of Cadmus evaluation projects, including budget tracking, invoicing, project planning, and resource management.

+ Support project delivery ensuring all deliverables in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel formats meet Cadmus’ quality standards and exceed client expectations.

+ Nurture and build existing client relationships as a primary point of contact.

+ Provide clear, professional, and consistent communications (oral and written) with colleagues and clients, in varying time zones, including raising any concerns or issues before they become problems, providing constructive feedback and managing expectations.

+ Support development of detailed reports and presentations to ensure inclusion of analysis results, research findings, methodologies, and data sources, in addition to providing clear, actionable recommendations to clients.

+ Communicate with Cadmus Energy Services leadership and support teams, including accounting, accounts payable, contracts, and operations regarding the health and status of all projects and tasks.

+ Contribute to the execution of business development activities, including identification and assessment of new project opportunities, cultivating existing client relationships to expand contracted work, and supporting Cadmus in developing and reviewing proposals.

+ Communicate professionally (oral and written) with colleagues and clients, in varying time zones.

+ Work independently and collaboratively across Cadmus to deliver high-value analytical solutions to clients.

+ Clearly and concisely summarize and communicate project results.

+ Some domestic travel may be required (typically less than 10% annually).

Qualifications

+ Three to five years of project management and budget management experience, including the ability to manage deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects.

+ Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, the social sciences, environmental studies, or a related field.

+ Excellent writing, communication, and critical thinking skills.

+ Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.

+ Desire to grow professionally and take on challenging work assignments.

+ Good at determining the needs of different stakeholders and building group consensus.

+ Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

+ Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Additional Information:

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.

Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $70,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
