Job Description
Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Special Project Analyst-SME. This position will be located in Washington D.C and will be a fully remote role.
Responsibilities
+ Create, develop and deliver enterprise white papers that provide current analysis and future technical roadmaps for the business and its O&M operational environment.
+ Perform management duties within several areas of the program including the Office of the Inspector General, Emergency Operations Center and others.
+ Provide program leadership and interaction with client resources when applicable.
+ Support project/operational requests when applicable.
+ Provide support in the creation/management of the Monthly Status Report (MSR) and other program deliverables.
+ Additional responsibilities to be added when applicable.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)
Required Skills and Experience
+ Familiar with Project Management principles and with Agile methodologies.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
+ Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar tools.
+ Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
+ Clearance Required: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Suitability

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Posted Salary Range
USD $143,230.00 – USD $229,170.00 /Yr.
