Our Education team offers consulting services and technology solutions to help schools, school districts, and state education agencies/ministries of education promote student success, improve programs and processes, and optimize financial resources. We work with clients to ensure all students have what they need to succeed.

+ Supports and delivers the firm’s Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives.

+ Responsible for the Development of instructor-led, webinar and online programs throughout the firm.

+ Responsible for the Development of learning opportunities in the areas of leadership and supervisory development, compliance and technical competencies.

+ Responsible for e-learning program development and support

+ Generates Reports and analysis of learning outcomes, including development and maintenance of a training metric dashboard.

+ Responsible for facilitating instructor-led training sessions when required.

+ Strong writing, editing and visual design skills

+ Comprehensive knowledge of current instructional theories and principles applicable to both web-based and instructor-led training programs.

+ Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles and implementation and driving performance excellence through impactful training.

+ Enterprising, diplomatic and proactive problem-solver.

+ Ability to interpret customer needs and partner with subject matter experts and individuals at all levels to effectively and professionally achieve results.

+ Demonstrated commitment to superior customer service and professionalism

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills including spelling, grammar, and punctuation

+ Demonstrated project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver expected results.

+ Ability to work independently within the scope of one’s role.

+ High proficiency in PowerPoint, Articulate and other presentation and authoring tools.

+ Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills.

+ Comfort working in a fast pace, high demand environment, with a “can-do” attitude.

+ Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, staff, customers, and vendors.

+ Ability to travel and work flexible hours and overtime as business requires.

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; Significant relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

+ 3-5 years’ curriculum development and training facilitation required

+ Office Setting;

+ Available for evening or early morning hours as business requires.

Compensation:

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role below. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
