The Lead Business Risk Control Testing Specialist will be responsible for tracking compliance adherence within the Network Operating Regulations Management team to ensure program documents are published in accordance with procedures and controls. Maintains team procedures and conducts control self-testing. Manages the Network Operating Regulations Council, including maintaining meeting materials and notes. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsibilities

+ Tracks and monitors program document changes to ensure compliance with governance approval requirements per company policy. (30%)

+ Maintains all team procedures, job aides, and process flows. Provides team with training on procedural and/or control changes. (15%)

+ Conducts regular control self-testing to monitor team compliance to procedures and controls. (15%)

+ Manages the Network Operating Regulations Council, including agendas, meeting materials, and notes.Ensures all program document changes scheduled for release publication are presented through the council. (40%)

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

+ 4+ years of experience in Financial Services, Marketing, Compliance, Internal Audit Operations, Vendor Management areas, or related field

+ In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Financial Services, Marketing, Compliance, Internal Audit Operations, Vendor Management areas, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
