The Role

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst contributes to the overall strategic vision of the Custom Networks organization and integrates a broad range of ideas regarding Custom Networks Analytics. Recognized across the organization for Custom Networks expertise and sought as a resource for providing insightful analytics, predictions, resolution of unique or complex Custom Networks problems. Undertakes multiple and highly complex projects involving multiple disciplines and may impact multiple business units.

The Main Responsibilities

- Work with operations and process teams to translate business needs into requirements and recommend and build reporting solutions

- Participate and contribute in the analysis and requirements gathering phase

- Responsible for the development, testing and final delivery of scorecard metrics and or reporting solutions

- Manage multiple priorities and work across client groups to eliminate barriers and complete high-quality projects in agreed upon time frames

- Complete the analysis and requirements gathering phase, through the development, testing and final delivery or scorecard metrics and or reporting solutions.

- Other duties as assigned

What We Look For in a Candidate

- Demonstrated ability in developing complex automated Business Intelligence solutions using software such as SAS, Information Builders, Cognos, Business Objects, MicroStrategy or Qlikview

- PLSQL or TSQL experience.

- Database Management Systems experience such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata, Netezza or MySQL.

- ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) experience.

- Performance Management Framework experience

- Salesforce.com experience

- Unix, korn shell

- Informatica, SSIS, or iWay DataMigrator experience

- Combined IT and Business Operations background

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
