Sodexo is currently seeking a dynamic Soft Services Framework Subject Matter Expert. This role is responsible for supporting the growth of Soft Services in NorAm across all segments. Serves as the technical expert supporting operations in achieving operational excellence. Leads the adaptation, deployment and implementation of the Soft Services Framework (SSF). Serves as strategic partner in solution development during sales process as assigned. Leads the implementation of approved SSF tools in region.
This is a remote opportunity with up to 50% travel that can be located anywhere in the USA near a major airport.
Combine your proven leadership and Soft Services Management technical expertise to enhance existing client programs including on-site client support with transitional plan, start up, create solution and implement programs.
Experience providing high quality soft services management and financial performance including developing and managing operational and capital budgets, oversight and negotiation of vendor contracts, implementation of standards and processes, providing quality assurance activities, operating efficiencies, and creating operational solutions.
Support and provide excellent service to our client. Analyze and forecast financial results and make decisions based on data and needs. Build and maintain strong team through recruitment and retention. Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote the Clients for Life philosophy. Lead and inspire your team to continually improve Sodexo’s performance for our clients and customers. Develop and innovate to promote improved performance within unit.
Is this the right opportunity for you? We are seeking candidates that have/are:
+ A proven track record of successful Soft Services Management leadership experience as demonstrated by articulated results and accomplishments.
+ Strong technical knowledge of the following: custodial, grounds, security, mailroom, printing, conferencing, waste, laundry and business services.
+ The ability to bring the most current and innovative technologies to all of the Soft FM services will be required along with having experience in having managed facility management organizations.
+ Experience and/or knowledge in how to incorporate the following elements into a program: safety, sustainability, mobile technologies and apps, internet of things, user experience design, vendor management, data analytics, resiliency, process improvement, robotics and other emerging technologies.
+ Exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills.
+ Strong Leadership skills with a focus on process development and team building.
