Job Title: Structural Engineer
Job Description
As a Structural Engineer, you will report directly to the Project Manager and Principal, collaborating with geotechnical, architectural, and MEP project members to ensure project success. Your main responsibilities will include developing structural design calculations, conducting structural analysis and research, creating specifications and drawings, and applying relevant building codes such as ACI, AISC, and IBC. Additionally, you may assist with site visits and contribute to structural research and analysis reports under the guidance of the Lead Structural Engineer.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Chicago, Illinois.
Work Environment
This position is based in The Loop with a preference for in-office presence initially, offering flexibility as needed. You will be part of an 18-person team in the Chicago office, divided into three teams: Architects (New Design), Restoration, and Studies/Research. Office hours are from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility. Equipment provided includes desktop computers, with laptops available for travel. Projects are located throughout the US, with opportunities for project sharing across the company.
