Job Title: Associate Electronics Engineer – TPLJob Description
Join our dynamic team as an Associate Electronics Engineer to oversee our Circuit Protection Product line, including fuse boxes and relays. This role entails leading New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, managing ongoing product improvements, and handling heavy supplier interactions. You will be responsible for supporting all product groups, communicating strategies, and planning effectively. The role requires problem-solving, root cause analysis, facilitating lab tests, and ensuring quality initiatives are met.
Hard Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering
+ Hands-on mechanical or electrical experience
+ Testing/validation
+ Proficiency in Excel
+ Knowledge of CREO (preferred)
+ Experience in EMC/Vibration testing

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in East Peoria, Illinois and some days remote.
Work Environment
This role starts with a 3/2 hybrid work arrangement after an initial 6 months of being 100% on-site. There is a requirement for approximately 15% travel to supplier sites.
