Job Title: Documentation Specialist
Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a crucial role in transitioning SOP documentation from the Documentum system to the EDMS system, and manage a backlog of SOPs for review and approval through the site documentation database. Responsibilities include training on the company Document Database, updating and reformatting local SOPs per internal requirements, providing document revisions and technical writing, collaborating with colleagues across other departments to ensure SOP updates are sufficient, and maintaining a detailed status of multiple SOPs in various stages.

Work Site
Office based QA job at an R&D Lab Facility within a Pharmaceutical Company, adhering to GMP standards. Work hours are 40 per week during the first shift, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility of starting at 7 AM or 9 AM.About Actalent
