Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist SpecialistWorking hours are Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4pm (No weekends)Job Description

+ As a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist, you will review and interpret provider orders, provide drug information, assist in problem-solving, and deliver other aspects of pharmaceutical care.

+ Responsibilities include unit dose dispensing, IV admixtures, navigating EMR, compounding, and more. You will work in the outpatient infusion pharmacy as the Pharmacy Specialist, reviewing treatment plans for upcoming patient visits, creating treatment schedules for patients and infusion staff, managing inventory, and training covering pharmacists.

+ This role is vital in facilitating the attainment of positive patient outcomes by collaborating with Oncology health care professionals and integrating into the team to achieve optimal pharmacotherapy consensus in order sets, guidelines, protocols, or other area documents and in the care of the individual patient.
