Abbott Digital Solutions Division is seeking a Customer Success Executive to focus on developing, retaining, and growing our existing customer base for our EHR based care pathway program that improves healthcare delivery efficiency across the cardiovascular disease continuum. This role will partner with the Digital Solutions Sales and Implementation teams, as well as the commercial field teams to ensure overall program and customer relationship success.

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for individuals with a consultative mindset who understand hospital operations, cardiovascular service lines, and the hospital IT landscape. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for facilitating the adoption of best practices tailored to the customer’ s business goals and objectives, and IT roadmap. The position is instrumental in creating long-lasting partnerships and responsible for delivering continuous ROI and positive outcomes for the Digital Solutions customer base.

What you’ll do:

+ Primary account leader responsible for overall engagement delivery and success.

+ Partner with the Implementation team to develop and execute account level strategies and ensure positive outcomes.

+ Build trust and create meaningful relationships among champions and key executives within each account.

+ Facilitate alignment to ensure program success across key stakeholders: information technology, administration, and clinical specialties.

+ Retain and grow accounts while mitigating risk.

+ Ensure each client understands the ROI/value delivered to their business through conducting virtual or on-site business reviews that align to the client’s business goals and objectives.

+ Identify product improvements or new solution development opportunities by incorporating key learnings from our customers, industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

+ Work with minimal supervision on cross-functional teams and liaise with Abbott’s broader therapy teams (internal and field-based) as needed.

+ Maintain expertise on the potential impact of key health policy and macroeconomic changes including, but not limited to, value-based purchasing, population health, and the digital health landscape.

+ Participate in cross-departmental meetings to provide input and guidance on outcomes data, patient and provider user experience, value messaging, and future program strategy.

Qualifications:

BA/BS in Business, Life Sciences, Nursing or related field

MBA or MHA strongly preferred

+ At least 3-5 years account management experience, preferably in cardiovascular.

+ Prior clinical, administrative, or IT operations experience in a hospital system, leadership position preferred.

+ Basic knowledge of Electronic Health Record systems (EHR), e.g. Epic, Cerner

+ Strong empathy for customers AND passion for account growth.

+ Strong understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.

+ Successful candidates will be innovative, persuasive, creative and have a genuine curiosity in their clients’ business. Goal and results oriented, optimistic, smart, growth mindset, proactive and easily adapt to change.

+ Must work well within a team environment.

The base pay for this position is $109,300.00 – $218,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
