Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Weekend Mail Support Lockbox Specialis t job located in Westmont IL 60559 zip code.
Shift: Sat & Sun 5am – 3:30pm
Length : 6 months
Pay Rate : $ 16.80/HR
Job Description:
+ Operate mail sort equipment for lockbox.
+ Performs a variety of moderately complex operator duties on a production machine, following well-defined and established procedures.
+ Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined.
+ Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience.
+ While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring and reporting risks of all types.
+ Operate and perform all related duties on the high-speed sorter equipment.
+ Operate and perform all related duties on the Opex Matrix.
+ Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
+ Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
+ Perform all duties in the incoming mail prep area.
+ Meet and maintain production standards as set by the assigned department.
+ Review, sort, and audit materials as needed.
+ Communicate equipment issues, as occurring, to management team.
+ Complete all assigned paperwork and report on equipment’s productivity.
+ Perform general housekeeping on and around equipment.
+ Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
+ Comply with banking Regulations as they relate to customer confidentiality.
+ Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Quick learner and comfortable working in fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $16.80 per hour
