1st Shift Maintenance Mechanic Opportunity!

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for a 1st shift position that operates from 4:30am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of production, tool room, and material handling equipment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for disassembling equipment as necessary, replacing or rebuilding defective components, and reassembling and testing for proper operation. Other duties include maintaining and troubleshooting building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, air compressor and environmental control system problems, and performing preventive and scheduled maintenance activities. The role also requires the candidate to install new equipment, perform miscellaneous building electrical, carpentry, plumbing, cement and roof work activities, order parts and supplies as needed, and follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition. The Maintenance Mechanic will be expected to perform other related duties as assigned.
