HOW YOU WILL SOAR:

The Senior Product Manager Accountholder Experience will be part of an innovative build team designing a state of the art, greenfield platform for our Health & Benefits customers. This role is responsible for leading the User Experience vision and delivery including generating actionable content, orchestrating teams, managing ambiguity and driving outcomes. This role is a trusted peer of a team of engineers, designers, architects and business leaders, with a single focus on developing a solution that delights and delivers value. Individuals that thrive in this role are self-motivated, highly organized, passionate about customer experience, prioritize autonomously, and collaborate in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. The Senior Product Manager will report to the Senior Director, Product Strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Envisions and creates compelling account holder experiences, including but not limited to interactions online and mobile tools, IVR and customer service interactions, and promotional and/or educational content
  • Habitually conducts and/or participates in end user interviews, focus groups, user testing and rapid experimentation to ensure solutions are exceeding the needs of accountholders
  • Analyzes customer feedback, market trends, and competitor offerings to to shape long and short-term strategy while providing quick and clear value add to the business
  • Monitors product performance metrics and makes data-driven decisions to optimize user experience and business outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of software design principles
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders, various business lines and Technology to elicit, analyze and understand needs, constraints, risks and alignment with organizational strategy and priorities
  • Works in partnership with the team and stakeholders to employ Agile methods, processes, tools and metrics to deliver value including ongoing product backlog refinement, product roadmaps and release planning
