What will you be doing?

As a Director of Retail Client Insights at Circana, you will be the supporting and working with premier retailers across the US region for our newly launched Liquid Data Engage™ solution. Your mission is to drive adoption, training and Insights for our Retail clients.

Liquid Data Engage™ is our out-of-the-box, collaborative solution for retailers, that integrates their data assets with ours to deliver curated insights and recommended actions for customer-centric success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with content delivery for client, including Content Delivery Client Satisfaction.
  • Support exceeding revenue by high quality service delivery and data.
  • Utilize creativity in identifying new techniques and processes.
  • Establish and track critical metrics to measure progress against quality initiatives.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and best practice sharing.
  • Provide restatement project leadership/expertise and act as project leader in managing timelines and feedback.
  • Facilitate issue resolution for all deliverables.
  • Lead client account issue resolution and communicate resolutions and explanations where appropriate.
  • Lead client training initiatives on Circana platform & tools
  • Ensure elevated level of data quality and data issue resolution.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Client Engagement: Build relationships with key groups and individuals at leading Retailers.
  • Communication Skills:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct impactful conversations and presentations.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset:Self-starting, highly accountable, with a strong ability to anticipate problems and implement effective solutions. Comfortable with ambiguity and change, efficient in time management, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative Approach: Highly collaborative, with experience in cross-functional team leadership and coordination.
  • Educational & Technical Proficiency:A Bachelor/License degree in a relevant field. Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 and CRM platforms, notably Microsoft Dynamics.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The salary range for this role is $84,000 to $125,000.
