Job Description
Lead Graphic Designer. Design and create graphics and camera-ready artwork for use in three-dimensional (3-D) promotional products for B2B business, such as apparel, drinkware, technology, office products, bags, using vector graphic files and interface applications such as Figma, MIRO, Adobe Suite. Translate campaign themes into graphics, collateral and packaging and adapting same for application to products. Lead graphic design support for corporate collateral and RFPs (Requests and Proposals) required to secure work from corporate customers. Provide in-house education and training regarding graphic design process and industry artwork requirements. HALO Branded Solutions, Inc., Sterling, IL. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in any field. Minimum 5 years of experience progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in graphic design field required. Must include minimum 2 years’ prior experience in position(s) involving a) use of Figma and vector files to create, design and relay camera-ready artwork for 3-D promotional products, b) leading graphic design function in RFPs, and c) providing in-house graphic design education and training.
