Job Description
Director Digital and Technology Workforce Transformation (Multiple openings) $196,123.00 to $286,000.00. Leads the development and execution of the vision, strategy, and road map for the Workplace of the Future using Agile methods. Focuses on the strategy to transition people, process and technology for the department and enterprise to Digital mediums and extensive automation.
Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field and 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a Workforce Transformation-related occupation. 4 years of experience must include people management.
