Position Overview:

Area Vice President needed to lead, mentor and coach our growing healthcare field sales team in the Eastern United States.As AVP you will lead your team to be frontline ambassadors ofZones, our capabilities and the personal IT subject matter experts to our clients, and prospective clients, to ensure that they view Zones asa single sourcefor all their IT needs. The Healthcare AVP will travel approximately 30% of each month to various cities/territories covered by your sales professionals to spend time with both territory clients and said sales professionals. This position includes extensive training in Zones Solutions and Zones' sales/prospecting/account development techniques, and we are seeking a professional with advanced knowledge and experience selling as well as coaching a team in regards to IT professional and managed services into healthcare clients.

What you'll do as the Area Vice President- Healthcare (AVP-Healthcare):

Provide leadership and day to day direction to Healthcare Field Account Executives- including pipeline and performance management, accurate CRM tracking and reporting, customer portfolio management, driving the individual sellers (and the team)towards assigned revenue growth and quota attainment
Develop strategies and market plans as well as identify new and relevant product/service offerings within assigned territory with emphasis on growing our Zones' IT Professional and Managed Service offerings to new and existing buying accounts within the healthcare vertical
Foster and empowered a highly effective team with a focus on aligning efforts with business results via remote and in person leadership strategy
Develop meaningful business relationships with client prospects and business partners at the executive level to create awareness and understanding of brand and capabilities
Apply knowledge of the technology resale and solution provider industry and market trends to identify key prospects, maximize industry partnerships and attend various networking events to advance this aim
Education:

BA in Business or a related field

Compensation:

Qualified candidates can expect an annualsalarystarting at$150,000pluscommission.

Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local market rates.Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
