Sr. Director Development - DUTIES: Lead our Product Engineering team in Extended Solution or other groups, this includes design, development and support of the application. Manage and Mentor all resources in the Product Engineering team like Applied Epic for Salesforce or other platforms and solutions. Support Roadmap Development with Product including sizing and capacity handling to meet Applied Objectives. Design Develop and support Salesforce CRM workflows or other platform workflows and extension in organization Products. Design and Develop Salesforce managed packages (software modules) for ISV or other suitable software modules. Establish and implement strategies with impact on business results in alignment with company objectives. Travel to unanticipated U.S worksites may be required and may work anywhere in the U.S.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field and 8 years of experience involving Salesforce development. Additionally, 5 years of experience stated herein to involve: (1) lead software engineering teams to design, develop and support software applications by providing leadership and direction to software engineering managers and individual contributors; (2) manage planning and prioritization with software engineering leadership and product management; (3)  object-oriented programming languages; (4) user interface frameworks for building interactive applications; and (5) REST API and development with application programming Interface for applications in microservices architecture. Finally, 3 years of experience stated herein to involve Salesforce ISV.
