Job Description

As an Integration Analyst on the Echo's Integration Team, you will be directly responsible for the day-to-day support, operations, monitoring, and management of all Echo's EDI/API client and carrier integrations, which includes over a thousand client/carrier integrations, hundreds of document types, and millions of transactions annually. These integrations play a part in 40+% of all loads Echo processes. Each integration (EDI/API) is built to meet the specific requirements of Echo's trading partners. This includes connection protocols, document types, business logic/rules, and data transformations. A successful Integration Analyst will have a passion for troubleshooting and solving tough problems and be comfortable working on multiple issues under varying timelines.
Position Overview
As an Integration Analyst on the Echo's Integration Team, you will be directly responsible for the day-to-day support, operations, monitoring, and management of all Echo's EDI/API client and carrier integrations, which includes over a thousand client/carrier integrations, hundreds of document types, and millions of transactions annually. These integrations play a part in 40+% of all loads Echo processes. Each integration (EDI/API) is built to meet the specific requirements of Echo's trading partners. This includes connection protocols, document types, business logic/rules, and data transformations. A successful Integration Analyst will have a passion for troubleshooting and solving tough problems and be comfortable working on multiple issues under varying timelines.

Position Duties & Responsibilities
Administer day-to-day operations, monitoring, and management of all EDI/API client and carrier integrations to identify and troubleshoot issues and errors using root cause analysis as reported via Echo's integrations platform.
Partner with internal and external partners resolve issues and answer questions generated via the Service Desk ticketing system and other processes.
Partner to create, test, and implement solutions related to operational processes supporting all integrations, which improve uptime, efficiency, and systems performance with minimal business disruption.
Communicate directly with business partners and client/carrier representatives providing knowledge of the inner workings of these client/carrier transactions that run their business and drive Echo's revenue.
Communicate with other Echo IT Teams to provide detailed information on how integrations function within our integrations ecosystem. This provides valuable insights on systems issues, product releases (internal systems integrations), and operational flow of data/transactions.
Proactively identify, partner to implement, and promote process improvements.
Participate in full SDLC on special projects related to EDI/API solutions. Assisting in defining requirements, developing solutions, testing, implementation, and building supporting operational processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of relevant work experience in EDI process and data translation support
Knowledge of EDI standards (X12), XML, JSON, and flat file layouts
Able to read, modify, and execute basic SQL queries
Strong oral and written communication skills
Self-managed and motivated; organized and detail-oriented
Able to follow through with tasks to their completion with minimal supervision
Able to recognize complex problems and apply creativity to analyze solutions, develop solutions and procedures
Strong analysis, critical thinking, issue management, and prioritization skills
Able to effectively collaborate with internal and external trading partners & IT teams

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the transportation/logistics/supply chain field is a plus
Experience with BlueYonder supply chain platform a plus
Experience with API support and technology is a plus
Strong Microsoft Excel experience
Experience in ServiceNow (or similar ticketing system) Incident and Change management in an ITIL environment
Management Information Systems or IT related degree
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
Bachelor's level degree
