Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Coach with our client in the financial industry located in Chicago, IL. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for optimizing flow of epics/features and value delivered by a complex/larger Agile Release Train (aka: Solution Train)
Facilitate Solution Train ceremonies, managing dependencies, reporting the health of epic/feature delivery and overall program increment, and promoting agile principles/mindset through coaching Ensure impediments to delivery are resolved quickly, protect the Trains from disruptions, and drive continuous improvement
Accountable for meeting all deliverable dates for task assignments
Required Skills:
Minimum 10 years of experience in technology and serving as a hands-on Scrum Master
Agile coaching experience
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Information Technology or Similar
Working knowledge of Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables
Working knowledge Application Lifecycle Management
Experience in education at all levels of management within the agile framework (portfolio, program, team)
Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills
Process and detailed oriented
Able to foster strong collaboration among team members and help team solve problems
Self-motivated, self-directed, organizational skills and able to manage multiple priorities in a complex fast paced environment without sacrificing quality or timelines
Pay Range: $88.59 - $96.59
