Job Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. This high visibility role requires a technically savvy individual capable of wearing multiple hats to deliver requested outcomes. The Business Analyst will work closely with the business/product owners to support the development processes for software changes and ensure seamless ERP application functionality changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to gather and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications as well as explaining complex technical concepts in an understandable manner to stakeholders.
Work with product owners to prioritize and manage software changes.
Analyze and document application functionality changes, ensuring they meet business needs.
Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and solutions.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes and systems.
Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Provide support and training to end-users as needed.
Requirements
Education, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on application functionality changes required.
Proven experience with ERP applications required.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
