We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background.The Sr. Video Production Specialist will lead creation and coordination of digital marketing and internal communications materials across CSG. Under the direction of the Creative Services Director, this role is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of video and motion graphics production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing and final delivery. Working with internal clients, they are responsible for delivering excellent customer service, and for creating high-quality video content that aligns with CSG's brand, messaging and business goals.
We are looking for a Sr. Video Production Specialist who will:
- Lead and manage end-to-end video production projects, from concept development to final delivery
- Collaborate with internal clients, stakeholders, or creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop video concepts, scripts, storyboards, shot lists, scoping and budgeting
- Plan and coordinate logistics, including location scouting, casting, and scheduling where necessary
- Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices during shoots
- Direct talent to achieve the desired shots and performances
- Monitor and ensure technical quality and continuity of footage
- Source additional elements including footage, music, sound effects, voice-over
- Edit video footage using editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects)
- Design and create advanced graphics, motion graphics, special effects, and animations using Adobe Creative Suite
- Assist other team members by using advanced graphic design and motion graphics skills to create compelling graphics for their projects
- Review video, address change orders and secure approval from senior team member before sending to internal clients for review and approval when instructed
- Ensure all assets meet CSG brand and quality standards
- Design and create branded video elements for use by other team members and departments
- Review, revise, acquire appropriate approvals and deliver the final video based on feedback from clients or team members
- Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and exceed client expectations
- Develop high-level knowledge of CSG products and solutions
- Maintain video library and follow project archive procedures
- Work independently and take ownership of projects
- Contribute to the growth and development of the team by sharing knowledge and skills
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Journalism, video production, related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of proven video production experience
- 3+ years of experience in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Proficiency in operating cameras, lighting equipment, audio devices
- Expertise and strong ability to design in video editing and motion graphics software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute compelling video content with a creative flair
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and cinematography techniques
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive visual communications that resonate with our audience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Problem-solving skills to address production challenges and find innovative solutions
- Excellent time and project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects ensuring projects are completed on time while meeting tight deadlines and budget constraints
- Experience with Asana or similar project management software
- Professional demeanor and poise with an ability to effectively work with, interview and coach talent at all levels including senior leaders
- Staying updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices
- A portfolio showcasing previous work, demonstrating versatility and excellence in video production will be requested
- Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 25%

Position Pay Range:
This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$71,774.16-$114,838.88
This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
