As a Product Manager forHealthEdgeSource, you willbededicatedto developing innovative solutions for the healthcare reimbursement market. Your role involves close collaboration with customers, agile engineering teams, and internal functions to define roadmap initiatives and guide product delivery. With Source ,we’rechanging the industry narrative, providing a moreholistic approachto payment integrity that focuses on comprehensive reimbursement, agile editing, and integrated analytics. Our interoperable, cloud-based solution is modular to meet a health plan’s needs today and extensible to grow with their organization over time-bringing disparate parts of a payer’s organization together for improved accuracy and insights. The Source platform offers the ability for clients to unlock transformation at the reimbursement, payment integrity, and enterprise level. Our Reimbursement Transformation features Medicare and Medicaid content coupled with flexible contract configuration capabilities for Commercial lines of business. Payment Integrity Transformation includes rich editing libraries with history-based capabilities, easy development of customized edits, and improved transparency to reduce vendor dependency and increase control. As a complete solution, clients can achieve Enterprise Transformation, where root-cause issues areidentifiedand addressed upstream, and all aspects of claims operations are centralized for comprehensive business intelligence. The complete suite of solutions fromHealthEdgedelivers a digital foundation for payers specifically designed to fuel a digital transformation, reduce costs, and improve both clinical outcomes and the member experience.
Your impact :
+ Product Strategy and Vision: ?Support the developmentandcommunication ofa clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Source’s goals and market needs. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis toidentifyopportunities and threats. Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on their business and customer impact.
+ Product Development and Management: ?Act as an expert product subject matter expert (SME), ensuring successful development and delivery. Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuringtimelydelivery of high-quality products. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch products.
+ Value-Driven Feature Prioritization: ?Define, prioritize, and deliver features that provide substantial value to customers.
+ Stakeholder Collaboration: ?Work closely with customers, engineering teams, and internal functions tovalidatebusiness requirements and prioritize work. Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to both internal and external stakeholders.
+ Primary Point of Contact: ?Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and decisions.
+ Commercialization Support: ?Assistin commercializing and enabling features developed by your team. Segment customer needs to inform future market and product positioning. Source materials for each style within their category division during product development.
What you bring :
+ 5 or More Years of Product Management Experience: ?You should have a strong background as a Product Manager at an organization delivering SaaS. Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
+ Confidence in Product Management Fundamentals:
+ Working in an agile environment
+ Building SaaS products
+ Managing a backlog
+ Writing and prioritizing features
+ Conducting user research and client discovery
+ Deep Understanding of Market Needs: ?Strong analytical abilities and collaborative teamwork are essential.
+ Proficiency in Product Management Tools: ?Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Trello, etc.
+ Analytical Thinker: ?Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
+ Effective Team Player: ?Ability to bring a team together to solve difficult problems, navigating barriers while considering stakeholder opinions and feedback.
+ Detail-Oriented and Organized: ?Highly organized with the ability to break down complex technical problems into smaller, achievable steps for Engineering.
