In this position…

+ The Web Marketing Program Manager is a member of the Program Management team in Ford Pro’s global Digital & UX group, which sits within the Marketing division.

+ This position will work closely with Web Marketing and Program Management leaders and team members to directly support the Digital Web Marketing team in strategic planning, program management and delivery/activation of new launches, campaigns, maintenance and other key brand initiatives. They’ll also serve as the main point of contact supporting the Ford Pro website’s user access management.

+ This position will help oversee a broad series of efforts across unauthenticated and authenticated systems, multi-market management, coordinating multi-market rollouts, content and product management, operations, strategy, market launches and back-end builds.

+ Core responsibilities include establishing standard operating processes, resource management, prioritization of workstreams and assisting in roadmap definition and evolution and tracking program progress against milestones to meet internal delivery timelines and to maximize team output.

What you’ll do…

+ Help Program Management and Digital establish standard operating processes and documentation for NA Marketing team

+ Help establish centralized governance model and process for handling regionalized/market level experiences

+ Day to day prioritization and management of program/project progress to meet milestones/deliverables on time and to standard

+ Now/Near roadmap definition

+ Organizing, verifying and closing JIRA production tickets by working with web marketing team, UX, Authoring, and Tech teams

+ Monitor and execute multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously

+ Manage authenticated user ID access requests and updates in corporate user applications, including user access permissions and issue resolution (point of contact for Ford Pro Contact Center of Excellence for user access problem resolution)

+ Monitor internal Ford Pro digital mailbox

+ Partner with international FordPro digital teams to ensure consistency and alignment of launches and tools

+ Manage stakeholder expectations by proactively identifying problems and solutions

+ Support senior leadership team for any communication and presentation needs

+ Work with Digital and Program Management teams to continuously refine processes and methodologies to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and impact.

You’ll have…

+ Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience.

+ 6+ years experience working in digital marketing, content marketing, program management and/or operations.

+ Can use their excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively.

+ Experience using analytics data eg. metrics for site performance measurement

+ Even better, you may have…

+ Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Program Management, Strategy or Leadership (or equivalent experience)

+ Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion in a remote and dynamic working environment.

+ Passion for analyzing systems and continually improving them.

+ Passion for building relationships and proactive communication

+ Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-functional team

+ Motivated and strong detail-oriented approaches

+ Understanding of quantitative and qualitative measurement frameworks and KPIs for digital marketing

+ User centricity, balanced with meeting business objectives

+ Process-oriented mindset with an eye for potential efficiencies

+ Data analytics-oriented Ability to drive KPIs/data analytics in all decision making and tactical marketing actions

+ Fluency in JIRA and similar work management tools

This position is a salary grade 8.
