The Role

The Strategy and Change Management team within Business Operations is pivotal in ensuring operational readiness for project intake requests. This encompasses a comprehensive suite of services including communications, training, and change management. This posting will be for 2 Sr Program Manager roles, one will specifically support our communication strategy while the other will support our training strategy for our new Custom Networks Organization while driving collaboration with other segments of the Enterprise Operations space.

The Main Responsibilities

+ Develop relevant engaging content with emphasis on accuracy for updates, programs, and projects across the Custom Network Organization

+ Prioritize project intake effectively, ensuring that critical operations are addressed promptly.

+ Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand and address the requirements for communication, change, and training.

+ Manage and provide solutions for strategic communication initiatives, change management activities, and training programs.

+ Lead SharePoint strategy, fostering automation and digital workspace efficiency.

+ Establish and grow collaborative relationships across the Enterprise Operations organization and with key stakeholders and partners.

- Creative thinking: For developing engaging content and implementing mechanisms to collect and act on feedback for continuous improvement.

- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in using Office tools, especially for SharePoint site development

- Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring all operations are compliant with relevant standards and well-documented

- Performance consulting experience identifying business needs, determining their causes, and developing strategies to address them through communication, training, or automation.

- Interpersonal Skills: To maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Passionate and innovative with a proven track record of success; an action-oriented, strategic, and creative thinker with a detailed focus on implementation and on-going execution of programs in the field.

Additional considerations:

Sr Program Mgr. Training:

- 3 years’ Instructional Design support applying Adult learning concepts principles and practices related to planning, evaluating, and administering training.

- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in learning and development, human resources, or related experience.

- eLearning Development: Experience with online learning platforms and tools including infographic design and AI.

- Virtual Facilitation or presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations/learnings.

- Communication skills with the ability to written and verbally communicate to technical audiences.

Sr Program Mgr. Communications:

- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in communications, human resources, or related experience.

- 3 years’ experience with Communication Skills: Written and Verbal Communication including Executive Communication.

- Experience creating Executive Newsletters, emails and BAU communications across the organization.

- Ability to actively listen and effectively convey information including up to executives.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee’s primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$63980 – $85300 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.

$67340 – $89780 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.

$70710 – $94270 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.

$74070 – $98760 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

As with the pay range variety that’s based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
