Description
We are seeking to hire a seasoned Source-to-Invoice contractor for assisting in the implementation of the SAP Ariba software solution. The successful candidate will be hands-on and will be expected to maintain detailed knowledge of SAP Ariba’s sourcing and supply chain procurement software.
Responsibilities:
Help in the development of project roadmaps for the SAP Ariba Source to Invoice implementation, including resources planning, task estimation, and milestone establishment.
Develop and implement a comprehensive Source to Invoice (S2P) process using the SAP Ariba platform.
Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
Configure the SAP Ariba solution to meet the organization’s sourcing and procurement needs.
Execute testing cycles, troubleshoot and resolve system, software, and connectivity issues.
Create training materials and facilitate end-user training.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and SAP ARIBA teams to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of the solution.
Provide regular status updates on project progress, adjust schedules as needed, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Maintain technical and functional proficiency in SAP Ariba’s Source-to-Invoice modules.
Requirements- Must have experience using SAP Ariba and a strong financial accounting background.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Internal Audit and General Ledger management.
- Proven experience in System Implementation, Procurement, and Accounts Payable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is required.
- Ability to manage and lead a team, ensuring efficient financial operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (such as CPA, CMA, etc.) would be an added advantage.
- High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
