Job Description:

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for developing, evolving and providing strategic management oversight of business unit-related processes related to staffing and employment-related matters through which product prioritization and development is completed. Responsibilities include improving productivity of department through effective delegation, serving as subject matter expert on multiple and complex business projects. Demonstrates perspective and critical thinking that is cross functional, extending beyond immediate area of responsibility. Communicates status of all business unit projects to senior staff, including well developed observations, solutions and recommendations based on strong critical thinking skills. Challenges the status quo by evaluating situations from multiple facets. Manages staff training, development and performance in area of responsibility. Develops relationships, expanding leadership influence to accomplish results through others.

Creates a culture of effective risk management, accountability, and demonstration of risk awareness across the organization

Responsibilities:

+ Develops and reviews plans, analyzing workflow, establishes priorities, resolves blockers.

+ Meets with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.

+ Refines processes used to take projects from concept through implementation using the SAFE framework

+ Engages in continuous improvement with team to realize increased value to the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, or related.

+ 10+ years of experience in project management and/or Lean or Safe experience

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 4+ years of Financial Services experience

+ SAFe- SPC4

+ SAFe- leading Safe

In Lieu of Education:

+ 12+ years of Project Management and/or Lean or Safe experience

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $150,500.00 to $228,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
