KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Transformation Manager – KDN COO Office to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization.

Responsibilities:

+ Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans aligned with the KDN’s strategic goals; conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions

+ Lead and manage transition projects from initiation through completion, coordinate cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and Legal; establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables to track progress and ensure timely completion; develop a transition plan outlining the steps, timelines, and responsibilities for transitioning operations; coordinate closely with relevant teams to ensure alignment and minimize disruptions to ongoing operations

+ Implement change management strategies to support colleagues/stakeholders during transitions, communicate effectively to ensure understanding and buy-in from all affected parties, and provide training/support to staff to facilitate adaptation to new processes and systems

+ Primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the transition process, maintain open lines of communication and provide regular updates on transition progress, gather feedback and address concerns to ensure stakeholder satisfaction

+ Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of transition plans; identify and allocate necessary resources (personnel, technology, budget) to support transition activities

+ Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of transition initiatives, conduct post-transition reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, report on transition outcomes and provide recommendations for future transitions

Qualifications:

+ Minimum ten years of recent experience in transition management, or a similar role, with a significant focus on acquisitions, enablement, and integration projects

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, or a related field; Master’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

+ Strong project management skills with proven track record of managing large-scale IT transitions, including systems integration, service migration, and organizational change initiatives

+ Experience in managing phased global transitions, ensuring operational readiness, and leading cross-functional teams, expertise in change management, including the ability to manage organizational change and mitigate resistance

+ Solid experience in stakeholder management and engagement during transitions; excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams

+ Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for successful transitions; strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex, ambiguous situations

+ Willingness to travel as needed

California Salary Range: 124,00 – 258,800
