You are : An experienced UKG Pro WFM Analytics Consultant with a drive to succeed, a desire to learn, that will develop and grow our T&O UKG business. The Work… The UKG Analytics Consultant works closely with teammates to ensure the maximum value of our clients’ workforce management investment is achieved. Specifically, the primary objective for this role is to understand clients’ current state and use expert knowledge and best practices to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. The UKG Analytics Consultant fills a critical role in large, complex workforce management strategic and implementation engagements and manages reporting and analytics workstreams within these projects to successful completion. The UKG Analytics Consultant is responsible for requirements gathering, basic custom reporting, data visualizations, dashboard design and development, interface configuration, testing, and synthesis/analysis of large data sets. Job Responsibilities

+ Provides advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Pro WFM or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos Workforce Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central) Analytics module

+ Leads customer-facing design/configuration workshops across multiple verticals and documents findings and deliverables

+ Gathers requirements for, develops, and tests embedded UKG reports, Analytics-based Dataviews and Home Page Tiles, custom metrics and KPIs, and collaborates with client-side project team to establish KPI targets and thresholds in accordance with WFM best practice

+ Executes database development using the vendor data model (SQL Server, BigQuery)

+ Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans, test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation

+ Embeds lessons learned into implementation methodology, documentation, and project management tools

+ Analyzes complex data or facts and summarizes and presents findings in a compelling way

+ Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and/or services to enhance clients’ operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes and best practices

+ Provides mentorship and knowledge transfer to our consulting base

+ Attends to administrative expense tracking and time keeping duties required for billing

+ Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need…

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos) Analytics module

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analysis, analytics consultant, or similar role

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience creating dashboards/ reports/ data visualizations in one or more of the following analytics systems, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Looker, Qlik, BIRT, Cognos, etc.

+ Minimum of 3 years of applied experience using programming or database languages (SQL, Oracle, BigQuery, etc.) and REST APIs

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year work experience

+ Ability to learn new software applications and modules quickly and independently

+ Ability to analyze complex data or facts, find patterns, and organize and summarize findings, with a strong attention to detail

+ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of software functionality, and development

+ Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

+ Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts

+ Ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in collaborative team or individual contributor settings

+ Excellent work ethic, displaying dependability and commitment to both Accenture’s and the client’s success

+ Ability to maintain a spirit of learning with a positive attitude of receiving feedback and continuing education

+ Experience with data integration platforms, Python, Denoto and JavaScript

+ Experience implementing UKG Workforce Analytics and/or UKG Pro WFM Analytics and Data Hub

+ Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
