Job Description

As Senior Manager, Full Funnel Media, you’ll be responsible for the oversight and successes of our paid media investments. You’ll be the lynchpin of our operating model, creating best in class strategies, audience approaches, campaigns, and measurement frameworks to strengthen ROI and effectiveness for our brands.

This role can be based in Battle Creek, MI, or Chicago, IL, and will be a hybrid position in the office Tuesday through Thursday. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

+ Media Ownership – Own full-funnel media strategy & activation across all paid media channels, tying brand, acquisition, and retention efforts together.

+ Audience Identification and Activation – Leverage insights from 1P/2P/3P data to identify the audiences with the greatest growth potential (recruit, reclaim & retain), and map into annual ICP briefs. Own audience opportunity and building in partnership with Insights and Analytics and other internal stakeholders.

+ Full Funnel Measurement – Identify priority KPI metrics across the funnel to understand channel and message resonance with the right audiences. Lead analysis for in-campaign measurement and apply to current and future campaigns. Provide recommendations based on FFM KPIs/metrics, inclusive but not limited to ROAS, effectiveness, ROI, GSV/$, CPA and/or LTV for all experience plans.

+ Omni Connectivity – Analyze how and where consumers purchase our brands and interact with devices, content, and media. Illuminate these insights through research and rigorous data analysis.

+ Media Leadership – Own day-to-day media management (maintaining agency and key platform partner relationships, budget tracking; firm/flex/flowcharts, media approvals, linear upfront process, execute learning agenda etc.).

We’re Looking for Someone With

+ Strong full funnel, integrated paid media experience with a proven track record in leveraging audience segmentation.

+ Extensive knowledge of marketing and advertising principals, as well as superior knowledge of omni and full funnel, media concepts/terms, creative and budget requirements.

+ Strong understanding of paid media best practices and platform best practices/capabilities; lead emerging technologies, test opportunities, new content offerin
