The Opportunity

The Global Parts Pricing team is hiring a Systems Business Analyst to aid the continuous improvement of the pricing and sales variance systems in support of profitable services growth. This position assists in developing, testing, and implementing application systems and/or business processes within Global Parts Pricing.

This role also requires collaboration with various partners such as product pricing, pricing solutions, business partners, IT Architects, and development teams.

What you will Do:

+ Analyze business requirements and contribute to designing and testing solutions for multiple projects to meet business needs.

+ Participate in preparing requirements documentation required in application development and business process implementation.

+ Contribute solutions for business processes and applications, including testing and documenting capabilities.

+ Support application trouble shooting and resolves issues related to current applications or tools

+ Works with Systems Application Leads to analyze data and provide business process insights

+ Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within existing processes

What You Have:

+ Attention to detail and ability to work independently in providing high quality staff work

+ Decision Making and Critical Thinking.

+ Effective Communications: advise on risks, benefits and provide ideas for improvement, suggest alternative solutions.

+ Relationship Management and ability to initiate action for improved collaboration

+ Strong computer skills in terms of advanced Excel; Power BI

+ College degree or equivalent experience focused on business administration, finance, economics, engineering, statistics, accounting, or related fields.

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred

+ 3+ years of relevant professional experience

+ Experience in supporting processes or application development

+ Experience working in a global team and working across a matrixed organization

+ Knowledge of aftermarket, pricing function and software & system development

Additional Information:

+ Hybrid work schedule with 3 days located within the Peoria LC Office

+ Limited travel required (up to 5% of working time)
