Responsibilities
+ Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
+ Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements
+ Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and create specifications for systems to meet business requirements
+ Design details of automated systems
+ May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems
+ May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues
Requirements
+ SME with Expert Knowledge in SAP SD/OTC functionality in all the areas of Order to Cash
+ 10+ years of experience as Sr. SAP SD Business Analyst leading projects in SAP ECC 6.0/ S4 Hana
+ Additional experience in the OTC (Order to Cash, Collections, PS, Revenue) functional area is preferred
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
+ Ability to interact with all levels of business users (end-users/executives)
+ Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a self-managed environment
+ Hands-on experience in implementing SAP projects and performing support activities
+ Knowledge of SAP revenue recognition engine RAR, and exposure to ASC 606 revenue standards will be an advantage
+ Knowledge of SAP Project system
+ Exposure/experience of working in SAAS industry will be an advantage
+ Experience with Integration SAP S4 Hana to SAP Callidus, SAP EMS, iCertis will be an advantage
+ Strong Skills set in Contract Management, Billing Plans, Billing, and Collections
+ Experience in BRIM implementation would be a plus
+ Able to work in PST time zone on a daily basis
