LRS is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow System Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advanced administration, design, build, and customization of ServiceNow applications and services. This role involves working across applications to deliver new functionality, innovative solutions, and support the entire development lifecycle. Someone with a strong software development background, enhanced by ServiceNow System Administration, scripting, and application creation, is essential. Primary Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Governance:
+ Lead the team in implementing good technical practices, policies, and procedures.
+ Identify opportunities to combine similar solution needs.
+ Provide leadership and participate in implementing new requirements on the ServiceNow platform.
+ Contribute to governance processes.
+ Stay current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies.
ServiceNow Administration:
+ Provide day-to-day administration of ServiceNow following defined ITSM processes.
+ Perform routine maintenance, including performance monitoring and error identification/remediation.
+ Manage Update Set creation and migration.
+ Identify problems, research solutions, and reconfigure or recode systems to improve functionality.
+ Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, menus, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, ACLs, UI Pages, and Scripted REST APIs.
+ Configure the ServiceNow platform, including creating and maintaining workflows.
+ Build service requests from customer requirements, including requests, request items, and tasks using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service.
Integration & Automation:
+ Support integrations and process automation to improve service delivery.
+ Work with the Service Integration Specialist to conduct product demonstrations and training.
+ Assist in creating requirement definitions and technical specifications documentation.
+ Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
Reporting & Monitoring:
+ Configure and deliver reporting and dashboards to meet requirements from teams and management.
+ Analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows, and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap.
+ Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
+ Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the application.
Design & Implementation:
+ Manage the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and services.
+ Implement and enhance ServiceNow platform and modules per business requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
+ Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, menus, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, ACLs, UI Pages, and Scripted REST APIs.
+ Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
+ Experience with performance monitoring and error remediation in ServiceNow.
+ Proven ability to manage Update Set creation and migration.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on reconfiguring or recoding systems to improve functionality.
+ Experience with integration and process automation to improve service delivery.
+ Ability to analyze user requirements and improve system capabilities.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team and implement good technical practices, policies, and procedures.
+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and apply the correct level of urgency to technical solutions.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
