We are seeking an experienced technology leader to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Consulting Member of Technical Staff, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions for complex clinical systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our next generation healthcare solutions. Qualifications

+ Led software development, delivery, support and maintenance of entire products.

+ Driven engineering, development and/or ops practices within a SW development organization.

+ Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns and best practices.

+ Experience working directly with executive leadership.

+ Experience working collaboratively across multiple development teams to refine requirements, interfaces and functional responsibilities to create full solutions.

+ Experience recruiting, mentoring and training of software developers at all levels.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

+ Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

+ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

+ Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and learn new technologies quickly.

+ Experience being the escalation point for systemic and large-scale operational issues.

+ Experience working with distributed systems.

+ Proficiency in multiple programming languages and software development methodologies.

+ BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.

+ Experience in medical records management (EHR, EMR) desired.

+ Experience in data gathering, device monitoring, data aggregation, reporting and charting desired.

+ Public Cloud SaaS, PaaS Services and/or related technology experience, Cloud Engineering Infrastructure Development

Responsibilities

As a technology leader you will take an active role in architecting, reviewing and implementing complete software solutions as well as refining our software development practices and procedures. You will:

+ Lead the design and development of complex software systems, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.

+ Work with executive leadership to refine product requirements and establish delivery milestones.

+ Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering skill growth.

US: Hiring Range: from $96,800 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
