Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Description

As a Quality Engineer, you will conduct internal and external audits within the frameworks of our internal performance system and ISO standards to enhance business processes. You will lead and coordinate product qualification plans including the development of PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, Process Capability Studies, and other PPAP-related requirements. Additionally, you will investigate process and product quality issues, working with department leads and suppliers to determine root causes and implement verified corrective actions. You will also be responsible for recording customer complaints to facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions, driving improvement of quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by identifying and solving problems affecting all aspects of the business, gathering, analyzing, and summarizing quality data, and supporting continual improvement of all functions in the supply chain.
