Job Description
Full-Time Elementary School Social Worker:
As we continue to expand, we seek a driven school social worker to join our team for a role in Lake Zurich, IL for the 2024-2025 school year.
Compensation: $58,000-$70,000 based on experience
Position Details:
+ Monday-Friday starting August 12th!
+ Social work support for self-contained students in K-5th grade
+ Role: support a self-contained program- must have experience working with low incidence disabilities.
+ Working as part of an interdisciplinary team with teachers, paras, and other related service staff
+ Mostly push-in services into the classrooms and providing whole group instruction or support

Qualifications:
+ Masters in Social Work
+ Active PEL with School Social Work Endorsement
