Field Network Manager - Auction Inspections

Job Description

The Field Performance Manager creates and manages the overall service delivery strategy and oversight for all services for Auction Inspections.? They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Auction Inspections and ensuring all service delivery metrics, customer satisfaction and delivery of services within appropriate timelines.? The Field Performance Manager will perform root cause analysis to identify gaps in network operations and implement strategies to develop underperforming markets. They will foster strong partnerships with key providers and manage performance to meet assigned performance metrics for all services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct and Oversee All Auction Inspections

+ Accurately assess the quality and features of RVs heading to auction

+ This may include accessing roofs by ladder, inspecting tight quarters, crawl spaces and an overall general mechanical knowledge of various vehicle types.

+ Coordinate with store managers and auction personnel to ensure all inspections are completed within the timeline provided.

+ Utilize company software to transfer files to appropriate locations

+ Schedule additional inspectors as needed for both on-site and offsite auctions

+ Ensure accuracy of inspections being returned to auctions team.

+ Train new auction inspectors on equipment as needed.

+ Intake and coordinate the execution of additional inspections as needed.

Field Network Development

+ Analyze service provider network and performance metrics and develop strategies and relationships to fill underserviced markets.

+ Build and maintain positive relationships with service providers while providing enhanced service level performance.

+ Coach service providers on overall performance and communicate product and process changes as needed.

+ Work with Network Coordinator to manage and maintain all necessary documentation and record keeping within service provider network.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

+ High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

+ Minimum 1 year experience in the RV, Marine or Automotive Service or Maintenance industry.

+ Requires ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Skills

+ Experience and level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel

+ Outstanding phone and email etiquette

+ Strong attention to detail and operational efficiency

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to work independently

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

Pay Range:

$55,335.00-$83,055.00 Annual
