Job Description

The Network Coordinator creates and manages the overall service delivery, strategy and oversight for all services for Consignment Inspection requests.? They will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of Consignment Inspections and ensuring all service delivery metrics, customer satisfaction and delivery of services within appropriate timelines.?

Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate consignment inspections within assigned region

+ Intake inspection requests ensuring all data is accurately gathered and reflected in documentation.

+ Coordinate between multiple parties (requesting party, site contact, and inspector) to schedule inspections.

+ Identify and onboard inspectors as needed when in-network inspectors are not available.

+ Track, monitor and ensure service is completed with required documentation and specifications within expected SLA and KPIs

+ Ensure all billing is accurate and complete and has all required supporting documentation.

+ Ensure all vendor documentation is accurate and reflective of all services, capabilities, and contract requirements. Perform geographic market analysis to determine what areas need heavy vendor recruitment

+ Builds and maintains positive relationships with clients and service providers

+ Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

+ High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

+ Some travel may be required

Preferred Skills

+ Experience and level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel

+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.?

+ Strong attention to detail and operational efficiency

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

+ Abiity to work independently

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

Pay Range:

$23.63-$28.07 Hourly
