18-20 per hour | 2454 North 27th Street, Decatur, IL, United States | Hourly | Decatur, IL | Full Time
The Kelly Group is seeking candidates for a Billing/Accounts Receivable position in its Decatur, Illinois, office. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of clerical and/or accounting experience.
This position requires the ability to perform these essential duties:
+ Knowledge of time and material and contract billings
+ Divisional financial reporting, work in process and over/under accruals
+ Perform necessary paperwork to set up jobs and contracts, and research and resolve discrepancies, missing information and job inquiries
+ Knowledge of the billing/accounts receivable cycle and the impact on the general ledger
Other preferred qualifications sought include:
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
+ Understanding the usage of AIA documentation and how retainage is tracked
+ Good customer communication
+ Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
