Job Description

AECOM is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to support our Transportation CM Business Line in Chicago, Illinois .

Job Responsibilities:

+ Provides administrative support to one or more managers within a group, office or business unit including some of or all of the following: prepares or proofs correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents, schedules meetings, makes travel arrangements, and/or maintains inventory of office supplies.

+ Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

+ Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

+ Uses Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other programs to accomplish work.

+ Works under general supervision.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

+ High school and 2+ years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

+ Knowledgeable in the basic uses of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook

+ Valid Driver’s License required

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Work within the Construction industry

+ Knowledge of supporting team members with differing communication styles.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $20.91/hour – $28.74/hour.
