Maintenance Technician
Currently hiring a maintenance technician in the Lockport, IL, area. Hiring immediately.
Pay : $30-$35/HR
Shift : 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) Will train on 1st shift for about a month.
Benefits : Blue Cross Blue Shield (Medical, Dental, Vision)
Job Description
+ Responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance on all machinery(Engel and Aburg)
+ Repairing and troubleshooting extrusion machinery, injection mold machinery, conveyor systems, labelers, automated stretch wrappers, turrets, and some CNC machinery.
+ Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
+ Troubleshooting PLC’s by plugging in a laptop. (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi)
+ Must be willing to do both electrical and mechanical. (this positions will be 80/20 electrical/mechanical)
+ Working with various drives and motors.
+ Candidate must be familiar with ladder logic.
+ Must have own tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Experience in general maintenance coursework or electrical
+ PLC troubleshooting
+ Knowledge of ladder logic
