Expected Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension
Job Type: 40 hours work week
Pay Rate: $51.00/hr - $56.00/hr on W2
Job Description
Responsible for the planning, coordinating and executing major deployment/release events across multiple projects. Participate in Technology calls and effectively communicate the progress of release controls and alignment to production readiness guidelines/policies. Must have the ability to work in a complex environment that involves liaison with multiple teams. Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; highly motivated, able to work independently, self-starter; problem/solving/analytical. Willingness to learn and adapt to changes and technologies.
Responsible for:
Production environment configuration and readiness
Release plan preparation and submission
Coordination with Technology Leads on the deployment events
Change coordination email communications
Define Production Support operating model for new applications
Required Skills
Technology Development Experience - Experience working SDLC projects (PM, BA, Dev, DBA, Testing)
Governance Stakeholder Management - Understands the importance of governance processes, standards and tools used within the organization to build solutions
Analytical Thinking and Problem solving - Demonstrates the ability to understand and use multiple approaches to solve problems with minimal guidance on resolution
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
Express ideas verbally and in writing to effectively communicate with teammates, technology partners, business leaders and executives
Experience with process optimization
Control minded / experience with installing and managing controls to mitigate risk
Experience using Agile methodology
Has proven track record of preparing materials for all levels within the organization
Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and make recommendations for the remediation of governance and quality issues.
Support governance and oversight processes for managing alignment of change to strategic goals
Must be a creative thinker, flexible and not be afraid to challenge status quo
Desired Skills
Business Products Strategy - Basic awareness of products, services, business flows and strategy
Solution Design - Has knowledge of software development but has not been involved in hands-on application development/coding.
