Job Title: Senior People Business Partner - Global Technology (open to location: Chicago, Houston, Washington D.C. and New York)

In this role, you will champion our culture, values and be an advocate for our people, our leaders, and our business. You will work to align business objectives to people programs by working across functions and in partnership with business leaders in the central region which include Chicago, Denver, Detroit and Houston.
What You'll Do
- As a Senior People Business Partner, you will provide progressive and forward-thinking recommendations that will influence, and drive people-focused matters.
- The specific responsibilities for this position would be conducted usually in partnership with, Local Market People Leaders, local Human Resource teams, and the Global People teams Centers of Excellence e.g., Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, People Insights etc.
- In rolling out new programs and initiatives, this role leads the discussion with the business leadership teams on the application and alignment of those priorities and helps your own team.
- Provide insights, guidance, and recommendations for action across the central region build centers. Where change is needed, the role may contribute to the development of interventions to improve leadership and team performance.
- Play an important role both at end of year and through the Growing Senior Leaders rhythm. We require the development of strategic development plans aligned with organizational strategy, driving the effective identification of talent strengths and needs across the most senior leader levels in markets.
- Partner and consult with Centers of Excellence, and drive your own team on organizational diagnostics, translate data into action, interpreting results to identify trends/themes and provide recommendations about organizational strategies, goals, and actions.
- You will coach and mentor leaders and leadership teams to be more effective in people and team management. Recommend, implement, track, and measure local employee engagement initiatives.
- General day-to-day activities will include employee relations, meeting with employees and leaders to address human resources matters or to provide coaching or simply listening.
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in the people business partner space or other related human resource function.
- Organizational development, coaching, compensation, and employee relations skills.
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends, and identify systemic approaches to solving problems in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment.
- Demonstrated skills in business acumen, data analysis, project management, communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict management, and problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, human resources or other related program, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
The targeted range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Please see below for information on Slalom benefits.
