What We Do

The Traffic Manager oversees workflow for the entire creative team.Individually or as part of a team, responsible for prioritization, planning, resource allocation, and scheduling work effectively, ensuring a smooth flow between requestors and creatives. Duties may include:Developing schedules to ensure timely project completion, planning and forecasting, communicating project status and issues to team and management, acting to reduce risk, resolving issues, and creating and analyzing reports to identify process improvements.

What You'll Do:
Maintains a comprehensive view and oversees workflow for the creative team.
Identifies appropriate resources needed, builds project plan, creates timelines, and coordinates schedules to ensure timely completion of project.
Works with project requestors to ensure all needed information is submitted at the beginning of the project.
Manages the creative workflow platform, pulls reports, and routes work, and administers project components.
Creates project plans specifying goals, strategy, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, budgets, and allocation of available resources.
Facilitates status and milestone meetings with cross-functional groups.
Conducts risk monitoring and controls during a project's duration to ensure the ability to achieve expected outcomes on time and on budget.
Works closely with requestors, business partners, and others to understand and prioritize projects and information needs related to the project.
Monitors creative hours, including forecasting and planning, to determine workload capacity and utilization rate.
Prepares project status reports and keeps team, management, and clients informed of project status and related issues.
Prepares and maintains reports on creative operational KPIs.
May be required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.

What You'll Bring:
BS Degree in a business field or equivalent work experience
4+ years of related experience
Knowledge of traffic management/creative operations best practices to plan and communicate effectively with the creative team and requestors
Experience with creative workflow optimization and resource allocation
Experience with applicable business and creative processes sufficient to communicate and consult with team members, requestors, stakeholders, and management
Experience planning, coordinating, and administering workflow in a business, marketing, or advertising environment
Experience with risk management
Experience with managing a large volume of projects
Experience with facilitating meetings
Good verbal and written communication skills sufficient to create project plans and other project documentation

Pay Range: $75,375- $100,475
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
